Shipment of your package
Orders placed and paid before 17.00 hours will be shipped the same day as possible, if not possible you will be informed as soon as possible.
usually take between 1-2 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.

7-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.
We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking number if you have one.
If you have more than one item, it’s very likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code.
Please note we can't ship to armed forces (APO / FPO).
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. The transport costs depend on the total weight and total price. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care will be taken with fragile objects.
Not good, money back!
If the delivered product is not as desired or expected, you can return it.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited(shipping cost credited only in Europe). Only the costs for returning from you home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Toy stores will be returned. To exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return if the product has already been received in good order.

All items are covered by the statutory warranty. Legal guarantee means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect of it. If you want to claim the legal warranty, you must report the defect within 2 months after discovery. After this you have the option to have the article repaired (if possible), is repair not possible then you may choose a replacement article from, or choose to return the amount paid.
This warranty expires when:
you, the buyer himself has tried to repair a defect,
you, the purchaser has not (properly) followed the instructions for use and/or instructions for use,
you, the buyer has not used the article for the purpose for which it is intended.
In the event of a money-back guarantee, defect or manufacturing defect on an item supplied by Toy-stores, you can report this via our contact form.
In case of a defect in an article, please contact Toy-stores customer service. In this case, please send us an e-mail using our contact form. Our articles are subject to the statutory warranties. It may be that the supplier takes over the warranty service from Toy stores. In these cases we will inform you of this and will remain your contact person.
If you have a complaint about an experience with our webshop and you do not find a solution with the order or product in question, you can send your complaint in writing to:
Within 2 days after receipt of the service form, e-mail or letter of your complaint, we will respond to you in writing or by telephone.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016 it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
